Meet “Bonnie”, the newest addition to our MopTop family.  Her hat and two-layer felt skirt are beautifully embellished with rhinestones, sequins and beads - lace leaves and gorgeous bead drops have been added to complete this happy little garden sprite.  Check out Snowy MopTop and Holly MopTop too.

You will also need a Hot-fix rhinestone tool to attach the bling.  Hop over to "TOOLS" and check these out.

Kit contains: felt, beads and sequins, flower beads, bead caps, lace, threads, ribbon, hot fix rhinestones and all instructions.

Available as pictured with dusky rose (outer skirt), mauve (underskirt) and green.
